  • Personal bankruptcy. I handle all matters related to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing (liquidation of one's assets), from start to finish, for $995. I will also help you determine whether a bankruptcy proceeding will help you save your home.   • Estate planning and asset protection. I can help you put in place a plan for the orderly distribution of your assets at death. I can also help you protect assets, should you need long-term or nursing home care.
  • Personal injury, including wrongful death. I represent people who have been injured as a result of the careless or negligent acts of others, including individuals who have lost family members because of an accidental or wrongful death.
